Short news: We got a glimpse from a screenshot taken by a regular InDriver customer that was sent to us. She shared that riders can now not only order cars to take them to places, but also order a courier/delivery driver to pick up the items. A new service from the newest entry in the very hot ride sharing market in Jamaica.
It’s clear that InDriver is looking to take full advantage of the 30-day app glitch that Uber had, as well as the mini-exodus of drivers and customers who switched to their service because for drivers the rates were better and for customers, the cars they came faster. .
However, we think they need to raise the bar on reports of poor customer service of drivers, cars and reported misconduct.
