The SBI (Brazilian Society of Infectious Diseases) on Friday (11 November) advocated increased vaccination, a return to the use of masks and other measures to prevent the current scenario of a high number of Covid-19 cases from bringing about a possible increase in hospital admissions, hospital overcrowding and deaths.
The organization issued a technical alert prepared by its Scientific Committee on Covid-19 and Respiratory Infections and signed by SBI President Alberto Chebabo.
