He tweeted: “On the advice of a good friend, I’ve been intermittent fasting and feeling healthier.” Later, he suggested that the ‘Zero’ fasting app is quite good. According to Google play, Zero is the most popular fasting app in the world. The app’s advisory team includes some of the world’s leading doctors and researchers, including our Chief Medical Officer Dr. Peter Attia, who guides our fasting protocols and content creation.
When people asked him how good his fitness routine has been so far, curious to know how much weight the billionaire has already lost, Musk responded and wrote: “Over 20 pounds less than my ( unhealthy) maximum”.
