The Hawaiian singer-songwriter brings his new world tour

Jack Johnson is back with wine! Five years after his last visit to the country, the Hawaiian singer-songwriter returns to Brazil to present his new world tour, which marks his return to the stage after the pandemic. After passing through several cities in the United States and also being seen in Australia and New Zealand, the Meet The Moonlight Tour will arrive in São Paulo, in January 18, at Espaço Unimed, and in Rio de Janeiro, January 20, at Qualistage.
The new tournament is the result of Meet the moonlight, The artist’s eighth career album and his first work since 2017.
Released in June of this year, the album is a major artistic milestone for Johnson. In a departure from his previous work, much of the album was shaped by a one-on-one collaboration with producer Blake Mills (whose contributions ranged from string guitar to Moog synthesizer to steel drums ), an intimate and highly experimental process that involved incorporating Johnson’s elegant arrangements with fascinating sonic detail into the artist’s everyday hustle and effort to build a better world. Along with the album’s release, Johnson announced that he would be returning to the road for another world tour.

Johnson and Rogê are also releasing Sunsets For Somebody Else and Big Sur (Versionet Brasil) this coming Friday. The tracks were produced by Mario Caldato, Jr. incorporating elements from Jack’s 2017 album All The Light Above It Too and new instrumentals and vocals from Rogê.
