New York-based singer LIZ ROSA returns to the Dolores Club stage presenting first-hand songs from her new album JAZZ BRASIL.
The professional career of Potiguar singer Liz Rosa began in mid-2002 at the age of 16. Still under the name Elis Rosa, she gathered good reviews in the local newspapers and in a short time her talent conquered the capital Potiguar. In 2012, Liz Rosa celebrated 10 years of her career and launched, in partnership with Som Livre, her CD of the same name, whose repertoire brings together unreleased songs by Joyce, Paulo Cesar Pinheiro, Ricardo Silveira and also by Khrystal and Roberto Taufic, with reinterpretations of songs by Ivan Lins, Chico Buarque, João Bosco and Filo Machado

BENNY BENACK III
At age 30, trumpeter and singer Benny Benack III proved rare
talent. Not just a heavyweight trumpeter with thrilling command of post-bop trumpets like Kenny Dorham and Freddie Hubbard, but also a singer with a mature, naturally expressive delivery in the post-Sinatra mold.
The third in a generational line of Pittsburgh jazz luminaries, Benny follows in the footsteps of his trumpeter/bandleader grandfather Benny Benack, Sr. (1921-86) and his father Benny Benack Jr, a saxophonist/clarinetist who gave him young Benny your first instrument.
A member of the popular group Postmodern Jukebox, a music collective famous for jazzy arrangements of modern pop, Benny released the album “A Lot of Livin’ to Do” in early 2020.

Misha Piatigorsky is emerging as one of the most innovative musicians on the international music scene today. His unique marriage of powerful melodies with an unusual harmonic sensibility gives his sound a deeply personal and cosmopolitan dimension.
His works were recently hailed as “a beautiful fusion of the worlds of serious jazz and pop” by the Boston Globe. His music can also be heard on the soundtracks of major films including Chaos Theory, Pretty Persuasion, Victory Over Darkness, RX and Danika. Piatigorsky has also produced over thirty award-winning albums in various genres ranging from Hip-Hop and Jazz to Brazilian and Jewish Music.
EMILY BRADEN
Power singer Emily Braden, Boise’s big bad beauty. Winner of New York City’s prestigious Jazzmobile “Best of the Best” song contest, Braden’s signature sound is an effortless blend of jazz and soul. Their debut album Soul Walk consists of high-energy originals and “inverted” jazz standards. Braden has performed at popular New York venues such as the Blue Note Jazz Club (Late Night Groove Series), Birdland Jazz Club, le poisson rouge, BAMCafe as well as the international festival circuit.

Fernanda Santanna is a singer and songwriter who mixes essential references from Brazil in her music. Her stunning interpretations and her powerful singing refer to the great female personalities of Brazilian music and her original music production is an inspiration for today.
The show of Fernanda Santanna and the Jazz Quartet features original compositions and reinterpretations of national and international songs, with modern arrangements and jazz language, valuing creation and performance. The repertoire includes Norah Jones, Beatles, Billie Holiday, Stevie Wonder, Milton Nascimento, Chico Buarque, Tom Jobim and other big names of world music.
Fernanda will be accompanied by André Fróes (drums), Antônio Guerra (piano), Edu Simões (acoustic bass) and Will Magalhães (guitar and musical direction).
