The Miss Universe Organization (MOU) has formed an all-female selection committee to undertake the difficult task of choosing the semi-finalists for the 71st Miss Universe.

MANILA, Philippines – When the Miss Universe pageant delegates gather together for their orientation scheduled for January 6, Philippine representative Celeste Cortesi will find a familiar face among the sea of international beauties, Telma Madeira of Portugal.
