The charge? Has the American businessman in charge, Eric Stromayer, commented? : “Societal organizations? civil society represents the interests of the Haitian people. The US government’s support for USAID’s Civil Service Community Strengthening Program will strengthen Haitian organizations and networks to protect people’s needs and rights and provide needed services such as health care. and education,” he said, according to the statement.
“The CSSP implemented by one of USAID’s key local partners, Papirusi, will work to create critical networks of CSOs at the national and local levels to facilitate productive working relationships between organizations and other development actors.
