Majestic roses from Ecuador – The Rio Times

In Ecuador there are about 390 species of roses. They grow on the slopes of old, dormant volcanoes. The composition of the soil favors vigorous plant growth.

Due to the local climate, Ecuadorian roses are characterized by large flower buds, long stems and brighter colors compared to Dutch varieties.
