A man stabbed to death at Notting Hill Carnival has been named as Takayo Nembhard, a 21-year-old rapper from Bristol.
Chris Patrick, who managed the rapper known as TKorStretch, said in a statement to the PA news agency: “He went to the carnival with his younger sister and friends to have a good time.
“This is the worst possible end for a talented child.”
A homicide investigation has been launched following the stabbing on Monday night.
Several stabbings and violent incidents were also reported.
In a statement, the Metropolitan Police said that at around 8pm on Monday evening officers were called to a stabbing in Ladbroke Grove, under the Westway flyover.
