With more challenges in raising funds, Brazilian startups are beginning to find in merging with other startups an alternative to continue expanding.
According to the latest study by innovation platform Distrito, in the first half of 2022, while investment in larger startups and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) between companies and startups decreased, investment in early-stage ventures early increased by 21.5%.
