Miss Polski 2022 first runner-up Sylwia Stasińska has been officially announced as Miss International Poland 2022 on Monday, September 12.
The 24-year-old model and law student is originally from Chełm, but now lives in Gdańsk. In addition to modeling under New Stage Model Management and studies, she is also a social media manager.
Sylwia took part in the final of Miss Polski 2022 in July, where she came second to Aleksandra Klepaczka. She will now prepare to represent Poland at the 60th Miss International pageant (Miss International 2022) in Japan this December.
“It is a great honor and distinction to represent Poland in such a prestigious competition. I promise that I will do my best and represent our country with pride in the international arena”, she wrote in a statement on social networks.
Poland is one of the most successful countries in Miss International, after Venezuela and the Philippines. The Central European country has won the competition three times with Agnieszka Kotlarska (1991), Agnieszka Pachalko (1993) and Malgorzata Rozniecka (2001).
