We are now joined by Eastern Business and Traders Association President Ricardo Mohammed and newly elected Vice President Damien Chow to discuss their plans for the Association going forward and about the upcoming budget, what they hope for and what their concerns are.

Let’s now focus on the economy and the outlook ahead of September 26 presenting the budget. In July, AMCHAM has presented its recommendations to the Ministry of Finance, which include; a focus on services enabled by information technology, a suggestion to create an accountability council and steps to improve the ease of doing business.

Non-profit organization Alliance Française Trinidad and Tobago has had a presence in this country promoting the French language and culture for over 70 years.

Their new school term starts on Monday and caters to both adults and children with classes aimed at French and culture. To tell us more is director Sarah Garcia and President Whitney Punch-George.

Welcome back, let’s chat now with Movement of Love vocalist Chris Aird and singer Sarah Fergusson.

Chris Aird is one of the lead vocalists of the choir The Love Movement and has been a member for the last 40 years and also the longest serving male member of the choir.

Sarah joined her two older sisters in the Lights of Love children’s choir in 2015 when she was 7 years old. She loves singing, dancing and acting, which is an integral part of the Love Movement.

Therefore, she intends to join Youth Outreach next year. Sarah for the first time this year will sing as one of the main characters in Encanto.

As the video clip showed, we are focusing on entertainment for this segment as we welcome Miss Renuka in our Artist forum segment. BORN Turn Renuka Mahabir, shis here to tell us about her latest single, had When Deewane.

Last Friday 9th September Co-executive producer Mark They speak and Maria Nunes premiered Women in Pan, an exciting 10-part web series exploring contemporary issues in pot through the journeys of five remarkable women: Dr Mia Gormandy-Benjamin, Vanessa HeadleyMichelle Huggins-Watts, Natasha Joseph and Yuko Asada.

Through a series of wide-ranging interviews, the series aims to recognize the skills and contributions of these accomplished musicians in the fields of composing, arranging, conducting, teaching, making and tuning pans etc.

A new episode will be released every Friday until November 11 when the series ends. We are united by Mark Loquan – Co-Executive Producer and Maria Nunes – Co-Executive Producer/Director/Editor.
