In this morning’s thin edition, the Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Society (TTRCS) is warning the public to be on the lookout for people who claim to work for them but are actually engaging in fraudulent activities at local supermarkets.

Trinidad and Tobago crime continues unabated and even the Red Cross Society has fallen prey. The T&T Red Cross has confirmed that the matter is now in the hands of the TTPS.

We are joined this morning by the President of the TTRC, who is speaking with us all the way from Geneva to address this issue and the President. of Supermarket Association Rajiv Diptee. Tell us what exactly is going on and how disturbing it is.

Let’s talk now to Prison Officers Association General Secretary Lester Walcott about an MOA signed with the Chief of Personnel yesterday on behalf of the membership.

This was done after the Association raised concerns about the loss of the officer’s leave and while he is here we would like to get an update on the Prisons staff pay and working conditions negotiations.

The Credit Union movement has been organizing celebrations throughout the week and yesterday marked International Credit Union Day, under the theme, ‘Empowering your financial future with a credit union’.

Kerry John came from a musical background. His grandmother was a singer and he inherited her talent. Kerr’s quest to express his thoughts on paper began when he was a junior in high school.

His love for music is lifelong and he made it his mission to turn it into a career. In 2008, Kerry, along with Makamillion and Orlando Octave, formed TheMillionaire Family, a popular music group. This is where his career officially began. Today he is here to tell us about his latest song ‘Ndryshe’.

Woodland Dance Academy is hosted by TV6’s Shalene Surajbally and they have jointly made their third presentation Shubh Din 3 which will be aired on Diwali night. Here’s a performance from that show, which was recorded at the Ackbar Trace Community Center.
