Musk Says Twitter Is Hounding Him Over Every Chat About Buyout

Elon Musk say Twitter Inc. is casting a very wide net for the names of those it spoke to about the proposed $44 billion acquisition of the social media company.

The billionaire on Wednesday complained about it to the judge overseeing their legal dispute. After a flurry of document requests on the acquisition, which Twitter sued Musk to end, Twitter is now chasing friends, colleagues and firms far outside the scope of the case for information on the financing of the deal, its legal team argued.
