Musk suspends Twitters Covid fake news alert

Before Musk bought the social network, Twitter aligned itself with the health agenda of promoting Covid cases and censoring the early treatment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

According to a statement from Twitter, the social network no longer applies “fake news” alerts to posts related to the Covid virus.

The move appears to be another departure from the new administration of billionaire Elon Musk, who has championed free speech for users.
