Career Training grants support projects that result in short-term job readiness, job placement, or production advancement. The Manufacturing PA Career Training Grant Program works in collaboration with local manufacturers to identify and teach essential skills that are missing for entry-level applicants seeking manufacturing employment, to engage youth or those with barriers to career opportunities in production and or to advance the capacity for local or regional producers.
