CALLING P. SUE BECKWITH, MD, HEAD TRAINER LISA BLUDER
“It feels good to go out and play. I was really happy at the first outing. I thought our execution was good and we appreciated the ball. We had some really good passes and assists, and we dominated the paint. I’m so glad these guys and Hannah, an Iowa kid, get out there and play. I think everyone can see how explosive it’s going to be and how fun it’s going to be to watch over the next couple of years. I was also excited with Molly’s play, and you can just see how much that depth at point guard will help us this year. So lots of good stuff tonight, and now we have a week to get back to work before we play again a week from Monday.”
