Triumph in virtual and face-to-face events is the focus of a book that brings the experience of experts
The formula for success in organizing events has changed. The challenges are different and the operational methods have changed significantly after the Covid-19 pandemic, forcing the organizer to understand the new scenario. Focusing on successful cases in the market, the book Visão Prática de Eventos seeks to bring the answer to facilitate the reinvention of this professional, as well as strategies and goals for this.
Between virtual, personal and hybrid proposals, observing people and their new needs is the key to making every moment unique. For the co-author of the book, Sylvia Faillace, “creativity, above all, must prevail in the realization of a successful event”. The work, published by CRV, brings together the experiences of its co-authors and aims to understand the current scenario and new foundations for not only holding events, but also making dreams come true.
Reducing operational costs and other solutions are presented in 68 pages organized by Professor Bayard Do Coutto Boiteux, PhD in Tourism and specialist in Higher Education and Marketing, who describes the realization of the book as an incredible experience and states that the work of he sent in his story: “My life was based on marketing actions, and events are essential in this field.”
The launch will take place on October 21, from 17:00 to 21:00, at the Fairmont Copacabana Hotel. The book was written by Alana Morgana Pronaia, Ana Cristina Rosado, Bayard Do Coutto Boiteux, Dann Mattos, Hanna Cantora, Matheus Oliveira, Rogério Van Rybroek, Sérgio da Costa e Silva, Sylvia Faillace and Viviane Fernandes. The Practical Vision of Events had the support of the Cesgranrio Foundation, the Association of Tourism Ambassadors of Rio de Janeiro and the Association of Supermarkets of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
