There are moments in life when we are faced with a situation or a surprise, a new job, a trip, the loss of a loved one, a task that doesn’t work, that, as a feeling being, it will be impossible not to feel fear, anxiety, sadness or even irritation. By taking over, even joy can turn into a toxic emotion. Imagine someone who has no moments of seriousness, concentration, who “takes everything as a joke”. They are people who play victims when it suits them, they always think that everyone is against them, envious, jealous, the other is always to blame for their actions, they are pessimists.
