No ball was bowled on the opening day of the third edition of the Dream 11 Trinidad T10 Blast on Monday at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Tarouba.
Heavy rain hampered every play in the opening three matches, with all matches being abandoned.
The opening game featured Soca Kings and Leatherback Giants, while the second game was a match between former champions Steelpan Players and Scarlet Ibis Scorchers.
The rain never let up during both matches and inevitably both matches were abandoned.
The third match was also aborted with defending champions Rungetters BD and Cocrico Cavaliers never taking the field.
On Tuesday, rain is predicted for the second day of the races.
