Opinion: In a multipolar world, Brazil needs to be pragmatic and relate to all powers

Characterized by the existence of three or more powers, the multipolar world is unstable and insecure, as it offers the possibility of conflict between countries that, in search of hegemony, wish to impose themselves on others.

In this context, nations outside of this dispute, such as Brazil, can help create new definitions of international order. However, to enter in a relevant way in the global scenario, it is necessary to be pragmatic in the development of foreign policy.
