ANNAPOLIS, Md. – An art exhibit focused solely on indigenous Latin American artists opened this week in Annapolis.
“Persepctivas Latinas” is on display at Maryland Hall in Annapolis.
According to the event’s website, this is an exhibition that explores the complexities within the social, cultural, political construct and artistic identities of Latin American art.
The exhibition features 19 different indigenous Latin American artists whose art is in all different mediums. You’ll see everything from paintings to sculptures to mixed media art installations.
The Maryland Hall exhibit is presented in partnership with Anne Arundel Community College’s Department of Visual Arts.
It is open until October 30.
