BROOKLYN – After three years, the West Indian America Day Carnival returned to Eastern Parkway, drawing thousands upon thousands of Haitians and lovers of Haiti among its revelers to celebrate Caribbean culture. People who rock Haiti two tons came from near and far. On foot and on floats, they mingled along the parade route with New York leaders, including Haitian American elected officials, cultural influencers, musicians and friends.
