It’s Halloween time in Tampa. From carnival rides to world-class DJs, sweet treats to costume contests, if you want to be at Tampa Bay’s biggest Halloween event, there’s only one carnival-turned-fest you can count on.
From October 27 to 30, everyone comes to Pied Piper’s 2nd Annual Haunted Carnival in downtown Tampa at local venue Armature Works. As one of the largest Halloween parties in Tampa 2022, the Haunted Carnival plans to thrill guests, entertain visitors and terrify anyone who loves a good scare.

The second annual Pied Piper Haunted Carnival 2022 will be a one-of-a-kind experience with 300,000 square feet of classic carnival rides and big-name DJs plus nostalgic treats like cotton candy, funnel cakes and elephant ears. Come early with the family and grab a photo on one of the two Ferris wheels or in the canyon with the backdrop of downtown Tampa and the Armature Works.
The KIDS zone and your family are open and welcome all night, but beware, after 7 o’clock, the carnival turns into an elevated experience with some of the biggest names in EDM. There will be no trick or treating at the carnival, but this year there are new kid activities to keep them entertained as much as possible.
Music fans must purchase a VIP pass to gain access to the Killer Beats Stage, where popular DJs such as Steve Aoki, DJ Diesel, Gordo, Pauly D and more will be performing soon. You must be 18 or older to enter the Killer Beats DJ stage area, but kids can enjoy the rest of the carnival all weekend. You can follow the schedule below:
For those feeling spookier, enter the $10,000 (cash and prizes) costume contest by dressing up in your new or old costume! Upon arrival, you will check in at the information board at the entrance gate.
