Police have identified the man who died of multiple gunshot wounds Friday night in Babonneau as Shaquille Auguste, 27, alias ‘Smiley’.
Law enforcement officials said that at approximately 10:22 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022, the Babonneau Police Station received a report of a shooting in Paix Bouche, Babonneau.
According to the police, the victim was sent by private means to OKEU Hospital.
In a police statement, it is said that the officers continued their investigations at the medical facility and were informed that the victim had passed away.
