A film starring Fabiana Karlë had its own
premiered yesterday, Monday (12/09), at Kinoplex Rio Sul, in Botafogo.
The actress had to wait five years to see herself on the big screen,
because the movie was shot in 2017.
Actress Fabiana Karla is the star of the film, “A pinch of luck”a romantic comedy directed by Pedro Antônio who hits theaters September 15.
Produced by Gláucia Camargos, the film tells the story of the charismatic Pérola, who dreams of opening her own restaurant, but seems to be far from fulfilling her wish.
Nothing seems to go right for the girl and she lives so overwhelmed that she doesn’t even realize that her best friend, Lugão (Mohamed Harfouch)is completely in love with her.
Perola works nights as a cook in a restaurant that doesn’t appreciate her talent and still faces a breathtaking double commute. In order not to disappoint her mother, Gina (Jandira Martini), who owns a children’s party company, she agrees to dress up to play the role of event animator. Until one day, her luck seems to change, when she is selected to participate in a television show, as the assistant of Diego, a well-known (and seductive) chiefplayed by Argentinian actor Ivan Espeche.
Filmed in Rio de Janeiro and Niterói, this film brings together in the cast, great talents such as:
– Regiane Alves, JP Rufino, Flávia Reis, Pablo Sanabio and Pedroca Monteiro.

PREPARATION
As a way to prepare for the character, like a laboratory, Fabiana took lessons with the Uruguayan chef Esteban Rovira, from Basca-RJ.
“He was the one who taught me from “mise en place” (organization of ingredients)
to set up and watch a lot of film to understand what the angles are like.
It also reminded me a lot of my time in the children’s theater at Cia. of the sun,
where I played several characters, as Perola organizes parties for children”, she says.
This film was the debut of another boss as an actor: Felipe bronzein this work he plays a famous TV show chef, a role he is more than used to in real life — after all, he hosts several cooking shows (“Perto do Fogo,” “Que ser doce” and “ Top Chef Brasil” ).

Pearl lives with her mother and an adopted younger brother. Her big dream is to be known as one chief and while her wish does not come true, the girl works as an entertainer at children’s parties and sous chef (second in command of a kitchen) in a restaurant in the southern area of Rio. Everything begins to change in Pearl’s life when she passes an audition to become a celebrity’s assistant chief on a TV show.
