Like the previous episode, it’s about 10 minutes long, which slows down the pace. But in the long episode, some family truths are shared, either confirmed or disproved by a popular fan theory, and an emotional ending hopefully moves the show forward.

Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin season 1 episode 7 recap
Imogen and Tabby discuss that they should tell the other Liars about Rosewood. Just as Farani goes to school, her mother, who is recovering at home and will be in a cast for six weeks, blames Farani for the accident. The Liars speculate why A is coming after them or why A killed Karen. Suspects they consider include; Angela’s father, Wes and Sheriff Beasley. (But could anyone be completely different?)
After Kelly withdraws from dance class, Faran learns that A had attacked Kelly. When Wes suggests showing a movie Tabby doesn’t like; because of the sexual violence involved, she anticipates attacking him with a pen. Meanwhile, Steve continues to harass Mouse, so she tracks down his LinkedIn account, “Bingo Dic*head.” While caring for a doll for homework, Imogen loses her baby. However, she soon finds it hidden in a closet with a note that says, “you’re a bad mother.”
Tabby is attacked by A. Or is she? When A stabs him, A suddenly disappears. Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin next cuts to Tabby at the police station. Sheriff Beasley brings in Tyler, who has been missing since Tabby’s party. Rather than report the rape, Tabby makes an excuse and leaves the station. The mouse “visits” Steve at work, but for Steve, this is “crossing the line”. When she threatens him, he reveals that he knew she was kidnapped as a child. (So does this mean the fan theory that Mouse’s mother kidnapped him is true?).

Mouse begins to wonder if the man who tried to take her while she was with her two mothers was actually trying to save her. One of her mothers seems reluctant to let Mouse free to live her own life, while her other mother, Shirley, is more open to Mouse becoming independent. While at the fun fair, Imogen rejects Chip, adding that she’s not ready but that she likes him. Elsewhere, two rival gangs square off and it’s up to Noah to defuse the situation.
The mouse’s mom, Dee, receives a text that makes her fear for the mouse; but even when Shirley tries to talk her out of going, Dee goes regardless. But maybe Dee’s fears are justified, because when Mouse is in a hall of mirrors, she sees A. Luckily, Mouse escapes from A and runs into Dee, who is outside. Dee decides to tell Mouse the truth; she tells Miu that the man who tried to take her was her father. Dee adds that she was going to be a surrogate, but kept Mouse to herself and made sure the father had no involvement. After hearing the truth, Mouse reveals that she was the one who texted Dee.
Tabby decides she wants to tell the other Liars about her attack, since she thinks she can catch him. But just as she and Imogen are about to reveal all, they are all sent an image of Tyler’s dead body.
