In commemoration of the anniversary date of its creation – 11 years –
PROCON CARIOCA will carry out a joint service effort in Largo da Carioca.
Today (18), Procon Carioca completes 11 years of services provided to the citizens of the city of Rio de Janeiro. And to celebrate this date, it carries out a joint effort of reconciliation, in the following days – 19, 20 and 21/10, in Largo da Carioca, which they will join more than 30 companiesfrom concessionaires and financial institutions to telecommunications companies, which will be present to resolve citizens’ requests.
The initiative will also have the support of bodies that work in Consumer Protection, such as the Commission for Consumer Protection in OAB and the Office of the Public Defender of Rio de Janeiro.
The Citizenship Secretariat will be present to answer questions about Human Rights violations.
The Secretariat of Social Assistance will be present for guidance, including in relation to Help Brazil and CAD SINGLE.
E-waste collection will be available on site.
The action will take place in Largo da Carioca, in the center of Rio, from October 19 to 21, in 10 a.m. to 4 p.mwith the presence of the following institutions and companies:
