The 4th Conquering Protagonism meeting is promoted by Caerj
Discussing the real role of women in Brazilian entrepreneurship today is the objective of the meeting Conquering Protagonism – Successful Women, on 7/12, starting at 5 pm, in the center of Rio de Janeiro. Hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Caerj), the event brings together people (not just women) engaged in gender inclusion and experiencing the reality of female entrepreneurs.
“It is a democratic, participatory space for those who have a place to speak, who experience the pain and pleasure of female entrepreneurship. This does not exclude men, those who put the role of women on their agenda, who are interested in making society more inclusive, are always very welcome”, explains Nathalia Xavier, general manager of Caerj.
The 4th edition of Conquistando o Protagonismo features Sustainability in Entrepreneurship as its main theme. Among the confirmed speakers are:
Eliandra Fidélis, founder of Coworking Preto, multiplier agent of the course Terrorizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations Program 2030. Works based on the UN Agenda 2030 with public policies of inclusion and gender equality.
Tatiana Sant’Ana, cultural producer, journalist, choreographer. She won in the Woman of Attitude category of the Carioca Attitude Award; finalist for the Sebrae 50.50 Social Entrepreneur Award 2022; proponent of Rasta Communication Media. A graduate in History of Modern and Contemporary Art, she is the author of Meritues and Quarrels of Stone and Access is Possible.
Roberto Santos, consultant, cultural producer, marketing manager for the Caçula group, vice president of the Federation of Handicrafts of the State of Rio de Janeiro and coordinator of the Rio Artes Manuais project. It talks about the structure and opportunities that the pursuit of craft offers to women artisans to become entrepreneurial artisans.
