Popular culinary food blogger and YouTuber Mark Wiens visited Trinidad and Tobago last week to experience our incredible culinary offerings and unique culture.
According to the ‘Visit Trinidad’ website, over the course of 9 days, Weins traveled across the island to try our sweet hand, sampling over 50 different types of food and drink from different communities, local shops and vendors that best represent the diversity ours. such as Sunday lunch, doubles, various curries, fresh fruit and seafood, local food, stews and many more.
Reportedly, from watching the growing process of one of the world’s hottest chili peppers native to Trinidad and Tobago (Trinidad Moruga scorpion) to enjoying our delicious street food, Weins was able to take part in a variety of experiences, including beyond the kitchen. , taking in a CPL T20 game at Queen’s Park Oval, garden lime at Hadco Phase II Pan Grove and will conclude with an incredible sunset tour at the renowned Caroni Bird Sanctuary.
Regarding his trip to Trinidad, Weins shared:
