The Destination Weddings in Rio campaign, which aims to encourage weddings in Rio de Janeiro, was the topic of the meeting of tourism and wedding entrepreneurs in Brasília last Tuesday (30). Representatives from sectors of the country’s capital gathered at the Windsor Hotel to learn about the action, which is promoted by the Rio Convention and Visitors Bureau (Rio CVB) in partnership with Ceremonial and Events of Inesquecível Casamento and Jaqueline Barreto. On this occasion, photos and videos produced under the direction of Jaqueline Barreto were presented for the promotional material.
Roberta Werner, executive director of the Rio CVB, says the meeting aimed to show that Rio de Janeiro has all the necessary support for unique experiences for the bride and groom and their guests.
“In addition to incredible scenery and scenery, we have a well-prepared hotel chain, quality services and the best structure in the wedding and tourism sector. Our role has been to publicize the city as a destination for this type of ceremony, always stressing that the experience includes the event before and after, with several attractions that you can experience during your stay in Rio”, emphasizes Roberta Werner.
With more than 1,200 photos and videos at some of the most famous tourist spots in Rio, such as Pão de Açúcar, Urca, Ipanema, Jardim Botânico and Museu do Amanhã, the action also emphasizes respect for diversity, an agenda widely explored in the city, with images of different pairing formations.
