A burglary was reported at 7:42 a.m. Friday at 114 Calle 5 lot in the city of Dorado.
According to the information provided by the Police, a 76-year-old woman was preparing to leave her apartment, when three armed men, through threats and intimidation, appropriated $6,000 in cash that were in a room in the country. Also, a 66-year-old man who was doing work at the site had his 2007 orange Toyota Yaris vehicle seized and the tools found inside.
The Toyota Yaris vehicle was reportedly found later. At the moment, no one has been arrested in connection with the events.
Agent William Otero attached to the Dorado Police District, preliminarily investigated the facts and referred the Vega Baja Criminal Investigation Corps who will continue with the investigation.
