St Margaret’s is the first of seven waterfalls known as the Seven Sisters and one of the most popular walks within the Grand Etang National Park. The walk to these beautiful falls takes you from the village of St Margaret along a path through shady forest, bamboo trees and a nutmeg plantation, then past seven different cataracts – most with pools to cool off in. Many will be content to enjoy just the first of the “sisters”, but the more adventurous among us will aim to see all seven! Hiring a qualified guide is strongly recommended.
