MAN SERIOUSLY INJURED IN VIEW IN FRONT OF AGES AT GRAYS FARM
A man is now in hospital with a bullet still in his right leg after he was attacked at the top of Christian Road in Grays Farm early Tuesday morning.
The man told police he was on the road around 3:30 a.m. when he heard a loud explosion and felt a sharp pain in his right leg.
Police were called and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound in the porch of a home in the area.
Two bones are said to be broken in his right leg and he requires emergency surgery. The motive for the gun attack is still unknown.
Police have launched an investigation and are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact the Department of Criminal Investigation at 462-3913 or Crimestoppers at 800-TIPS (8477).
