Experts believe this is by design as Twitter intentionally blocks posting to these Twitter profiles just for security check. So to fix this, you need to pass this security check.

  1. Open your Twitter account.
  2. Remove the media file from your tweet.
  3. Try posting a text-based tweet.
  4. Press the Start button to continue passing a Google reCAPTCHA challenge.
  5. Check the empty box.
  6. Press the Continue button.
  7. Select Continue on Twitter.

This is important as many users reported that when they tried to post a tweet without any media, Google Captcha will make you verify that you are not a robot. By correctly entering the text in the CAPTCHA field, your post (media files) will be restored.

If you’re getting the error when posting a tweet with media files, remove the media file(s) from your tweet and try posting just a text-based tweet.

You will be asked to spend a moment to complete the security check. Press the Start button under Take a moment to help keep Twitter safe screen. When you tap start, Google may collect and use information about you, your device, and your browser.

Then, click ‘Continue on Twitter‘ button to go to your Twitter profile.

Try reposting your tweet with the media file. It should work this time and you shouldn’t see the error again.
