Mandy Kimmins, a member of the St Agnes Committee said: “It was amazing to see St Agnes full to the brim with people enjoying the return of the St Agnes Carnival! It has been missed by all! Well done to all who were so colourful, musical, creative and humorous in their entrances! A hugely successful event. The costumes especially with some of the youngsters were amazing!'”
The St. Agnes Carnival Kingdom then followed with their local surf girls and was followed by dancing, routines, music, three silver bands, a samba band and various floats by all members of the community.
