Who has the form?
St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, last year’s champions, are winless in three matches so far, while Guyana Amazon Warriors lost their opener against Jamaica Tallawahs, for whom Rovman Powell hit 44. For Guyana, Shimron Hetmyer faced 45 balls for 39, while Shai Hope’s 30-ball 25 was equally laborious.
For the Patriots, Andre Fletcher scored 81 against the Barbados Royals but was virtually unsupported throughout, with their total trailing with 29 balls to spare. They suffered a similarly brutal defeat against the Tallawahs.

What is the match to watch?
The Amazon Warriors’ strongest suit is their South African spinner pair – Imran Tahir and Tabraiz Shamsi – who have both come to the CPL from The Hundred and have individually started well for their franchise. Meanwhile, the Patriots have other compatriots in Dewald Brevis, Dwaine Pretorius and Duan Jansen, the brother of Mariners giant Marco.
Guyana will also need more from Shai Hope and new captain Shimron Hetmyer in the middle order; the pair allowed Chris Green to concede just five runs in his last four overs.
What’s the news from the camps?
Evin Lewis was due to return for the Patriots last time out after injury, only for rain to force an abandonment of the Patriots’ clash with Trinbago Knight Riders.
