People in the medical community have reported an increasing number of people seeking transfusions of unvaccinated blood for future medical procedures.
SafeBlood Donation was founded by Swiss naturopath George Della Pietra, who believes global vaccination campaigns against the coronavirus are the “crime of the century”.
Della Pietra and other unvaccinated people like him believe that mRNA coronavirus vaccines “contaminate” the blood and lead to the ultimate destruction of the immune system.
They believe that the blood of vaccinated people is harmful if they are transfused with blood from unvaccinated people.

Traditional vaccines use inactivated virus proteins called antigens to stimulate the body’s immune system to create a resistance to viruses and disease.
Experimental mRNA vaccines, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID vaccines, rely on an untested experimental technology that uses the genetic sequence of the antigen to prompt the body to produce antibodies.
The American Red Cross and other major blood collectors around the world say (without scientific evidence) that blood from people who have had experimental mRNA gene-editing drugs masquerading as vaccines is safe.
But vaccines are designed to generate an immune response that is said to generate “spike proteins,” which can then be shed.
Della Pietra claims that fears surrounding the new mRNA technology are making some anti-vaxxers wary of receiving necessary medical treatments that may require blood transfusions and are now seeking a reliable supply of so-called “safe blood” unvaccinated.
“I get hundreds of emails asking me: ‘Do you have blood [available]because I have surgery coming up in three weeks,'” he told VICE World News.
“We want to be a platform for people who want to have the free choice of blood donors,” he said. “Regardless of whether they think there is a real conspiracy theory, that the New World Order [is happening]or if they just say “I just don’t want it for whatever reason.”
SafeBlood’s donation reflects a widespread belief that antivaxxer biologics will take on unprecedented value in an mRNA-vaccinated world.
Globally, authorities claim that more than half the world has been vaccinated with a variety of the eight main Covid-19 vaccines.
On social networks, the unvaccinated have adopted the term “pure blood”.
Some in the mainstream media have wrongly accused them of being “anti-vaxxers” when they are not against vaccines by the original definition.
SafeBlood Donation now has members in at least 16 countries and hopes to eventually open blood banks that offer unvaccinated plasma to its members.
For now, the group’s initial goal is to pressure hospitals and health authorities around the world to allow so-called “directed donations” of unvaccinated blood.
For mainstream media propagandists trying to discredit SafeBlood as a new form of conspiracy, American blood donations are already screened for:
- Hepatitis B virus.
- Hepatitis C virus.
- HIV-1 and HIV-2.
- HTLV-I and HTLV-II.
- Syphilis.
- West Nile virus.
- Trypanosoma cruzi, the infectious agent that causes Chagas disease.
- Babesia – in states where testing is required by FDA guidelines.
Directed donations are already allowed by the medical community in specific situations where it is medically necessary, such as to obtain a rare blood type.
However, they have rejected increasing demands for “unvaccinated” blood.
Because of the misinformation, the medical consensus is that there is no risk of harm from blood transfusions from people who have had the COVID vaccines.
The truth is that no research has been done to support this claim, so the medical community honestly does not know the future impact of an unvaccinated person receiving the blood of a vaccinated person.
The US Food and Drug Administration continues to say there is no evidence to suggest “an increased risk of adverse events” without reviewing the latest evidence.
Della Pietra believes from his studies that the vaccinated blood contains terrible contamination.
“I’ve never seen blood like this. That was, to be honest, the main reason I started the whole thing, because when I saw that, I was so horrified,” he said.
He said, “The whole vaccination business, from my point of view, is mainly about controlling people.”
SafeBlood Donation members are writing to authorities asking them to change their policies to pressure medical authorities to allow directed donations.
His group also advises its members, who will have medical treatments involving transfusions, to draw up “living wills”, stating that they refuse to receive blood transfusions from the general blood supply as yet untested for status of vaccination.
He suggests nominating unvaccinated individuals as direct donors instead of threatening to sue hospitals if they don’t comply.
The group advises its members not to identify themselves as anti-vaxxers “because then you are immediately the ‘enemy’ of the medical establishment.”
SafeBlodd Donation members pay an initial joining fee of €50 (£43.62, US$51.80), followed by €20 each year thereafter.
The organization is being promoted on Telegram as that messaging app is said to be the most popular in anti-vax and Covid-critical circles.
Della Pietra would not disclose the group’s membership numbers to VICE World News, but claims the group is gaining momentum.
“Once we have a large presence in most countries, there will be no more around us, and let me tell you – we are well on our way to achieving that goal.”
There is also talk around the globe that sperm donations from unvaccinated men could be the “next Bitcoin”.
This is because the rate of stillbirths has increased dramatically since the introduction of vaccines for COVID-19 to the global population in 2021.
