If you haven’t felt the Carnival spirit before, TRIBE’s Sunset Theater proved that it is indeed alive and well.
A spectacular street theater similar to the Carnival Tuesday parades came to life between Ana and Carlos streets in Ariapita Avenue last Friday.
The inaugural event for the launch of TRIBE’s SUNSET WKN lineup, Sunset Theater saw rich displays of Trinidad and Tobago’s diverse culture dance along T&T’s lemon highlight.
Kambule, Dragon dance, traditional characters and many other aspects of T&T history caught the attention of the hundreds gathered.
The celebration started with Soca King Machel Montano receiving the key to the Port of Spain and ended with him professing his love for the city, culture and people of Trinidad and Tobago.
