A few days from World Cup 2022and many fans still don’t know what the format of the competition is like.
The current model of the World Cup is made with 32 classified selections, in the qualifiers of the Cup and then, they were divided into eight groups.
This format has been used since the Copa de edition 1998in France.
2022 WORLD CUP GROUPS
Below are the eight groups for the 2022 World Cup:
- Group A: Qatar, Ecuador, Senegal and the Netherlands
- Group B: England, Iran, United States and Wales
- Group C: Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Mexico and Poland
- Group D: France, Australia, Denmark and Tunisia
- Group E: Germany, Japan, Spain and Costa Rica
- Group F: Belgium, Canada, Morocco and Croatia
- Group G: Brazil, Serbia, Switzerland and Cameroon
- Group H: Portugal, Ghana, Uruguay and South Korea
