After a two-year hiatus, the Tebara Carnival will be held again this year in October.
Vodafone Fiji in partnership with Nausori Town Council officially announce the return of Fiji’s first official municipal carnival today.
Chief Marketing Officer Rajnesh Prasad said the Tebara carnival has been special for Vodafone as it has revived the celebrations along the Nausori-Nasinu corridor with the carnival after a 13-year hiatus.
He says that Vodafone has partnered with Nausori City Council since 2015, bringing to life the long-awaited festive atmosphere.
Organizers say the carnival will serve as an ideal platform for small businesses.
It’s also a great time to take family members out to enjoy the festive atmosphere as the city comes alive with the scent of food, lights, rides and fun once again.
The carnival will be held from October 8 to 15 at Syria Park in Nausori.
