Considered the most disturbing horror film of the year, Terrifier 2 has attracted attention after the news came out that people get sick during movie screenings, in American cinemas. Written, directed and edited by Damien Leone, the film is one of the most anticipated horror productions of the year and hits theaters on December 29 with distribution by Imagem Filmes and A2 Filmes. While stopping at a laundromat to do his laundry, clown Art (David Howard Thornton) meets an equally terrifying little girl known only as ‘the little pale girl’ (Amelie McLain). Alongside his new partner, the creature embarks on a journey of blood and violence! In an interview with ComingSoon, director Damien Leone highlights the importance of Howard Thornton in playing the title character in Terrifier 2🇧🇷 “He brings a lot to the film, like mannerisms, and I let him improvise the whole time. I know his sense of humor and all the sadistic things he can do.” The cast also includes Chris Jericho, a wrestler and musician who plays Burke, and who is a self-proclaimed fan of the first Terrifier, as he mentioned on his podcast. From the original film, Jenna Kanell, Catherine Corcoran and Samantha Scaffidi are back. The artistic team of Terrifier 2 features filmmaker George Steuber; composer Paul Wiley; and costume designer Olga Turka.
