The 2022 Tontitown Grape Festival is underway this week and runs through Saturday, August 6th just minutes north of Fayetteville in Tontitown.
The annual event returns for its 123rd season this year and features carnival rides, an arts and crafts fair, a 5K walk/run and free live music at 154 E Henri De Tonti Boulevard (US 412).
This year’s music lineup includes performances by Jenna and the Soul Shakers, Casi Joy, Kevin Upshaw & One Night Stand, Midnight South, Dale Johnston’s Country Review, Heath Sanders, Phil McGarrah & Runnin’ on Empty and Craig Campbell.
Also returning this year are festival traditions such as spaghetti dinners, a grape dance, grape ice cream and the annual crowning of Queen Concordia.
Entrance to the live music festival grounds is free, but some activities require a fee.
Spaghetti dinners are $12 for adults or $6 for children and will be served from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Carnival ribbons cost $25-$30.
This year’s festivities will conclude on Saturday at 11pm with the annual grand prize when one person will win a 2021 Ford EcoSport.
