Trailer Carrying Carnival Teacup Ride Catches Fire In Morris County

BOONTON, NJ – Firefighters are used to putting out vehicle flames, but they usually involve vehicles other than giant cups of tea. But the Boonton Fire Department found itself in a unique situation Tuesday night when an amusement park trailer caught fire.

The fire broke out in the braking system just before midnight at Boonton High School. Engine 303 arrived and quickly knocked down the fire.
