Trinidad and Tobago: The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago- NCC has shared the schedule of carnivals that will be held during the first two months of New Year 2023. According to the plans shared by the Carnival Commission, four carnivals and events will be held in January, and seventeen (17) events will be held in February.
