Twitter removed fake account of BSF, information was received from Fact Check Unit

tech news desk Microblogging and social networking site Twitter has deleted a fake Twitter account of the Border Security Force (BSF). Twitter has closed this account after the strict notification of the central government. This fake Twitter handle named @BsfIndia0 was detected by the Fact-Checking Unit of the Central Government. According to information, this fake Twitter account was created similar to BSF’s Twitter account. In fact, this fake Twitter handle was detected by the Fact-Checking Unit of the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, which was shut down within 24 hours. Let us tell you that BSF had also reprimanded Twitter India for the fake Twitter handle.

The BSF wrote to Twitter to take action on the fake account and also ordered it to take down the account immediately. After which Twitter took action and deleted this account. Let us tell you that this fake Twitter account named @BsfIndia0 had 30 followers and 60 others were being followed by this account till it was shut down. The Fact-Checking Unit found out about this when the followers of this account started to grow immediately and the page started to go viral. BSF is the Central Armed Police Force (CAPF). The BSF is responsible for the security of the 3,323 km India-Pakistan and 4,096 km Indo-Bangladesh border.
