Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of an indecent act in Waterloo.
On August 31, 2022, police were called after an individual observed a male involved in disorderly conduct in the area of Blue Springs Drive and Forwell Trail.
The incident is said to have happened around 11:30
The male suspect was described as about 60 years old, with gray hair and a scraggly beard. The male was seen leaving the area in a black car.
