Hulu has announced that the upcoming eight-episode limited series, “Welcome to Chippendales” (fka immigrant) will premiere on Hulu in the United States on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. The series will also come to Disney+ in Canada on the same day. The show will also air on Star+ in Latin America and Disney+ in all other territories, however a release date for other regions has not yet been announced.

“Welcome to Chippendales” follows the story of Banerjee (Kumail Nanjiani), the Indian-American entrepreneur who started the famous Chippendales troupe. The show will detail the crazy, darkly comic, crime-filled story behind the unique men’s magazine that became a cultural phenomenon.
The series stars Kumail Nanjiani (The great sick), Murray Bartlett (The White Lotus), Juliette Lewis (Yellow jackets), Annaleigh Ashford (American crime story) Quentin Plair (Good Bird Bird) and Robin de Jesus (score, score… BOOM!).
Robert Siegel and Nanjiani are executive producers along with Dylan Sellers, Jenni Konner, Matt Shakman, Emily V. Gordon, Nora Silver and Rajiv Joseph, who will write the series alongside Mehar Sethi. Siegel and Konner serve as co-showrunners and Shakman will direct. Jacqui Rivera is co-executive producer and Annie Wyman is co-producer.
