BIRMINGHAM, Ala. Pieekiker Alabama Will Reichard was selected as the Southeastern Conference special teams player of the week, the league office announced Monday. The conference honor is Reichard’s second of his career (vs. Miami, 2021) and the Crimson Tide’s second this season.

- Helped the Tide walk away from Austin with a win thanks to his 33-yard field goal with 10 seconds left in the game
- Added another 52-yard field goal to match his career mark
- Eight total points at the end of the day, adding two PATs made on as many attempts
- Also contributed five hits with three hits against the Longhorns
