All Elite Wrestling star William Regal recently revealed some of the advice he’s given wrestlers for dealing with online trolls.
Speaking of his Mr. Villain podcast, the former WWF European Champion said: “I told somebody recently, I said, ‘You’re in AEW Dark a lot. Let me try to put this into perspective for you,’” Regal began.

“It’s good that you’re there because you’re getting reps. Every exposure is great. It’s a possibility, but don’t buy it on Twitter.
“Worry about the producers or the people who pay you, or the older wrestlers, or your peers,” Regal continued.
“Find out from them. Don’t worry about what people are saying on Twitter,” the Blackpool Combat Club leader concluded.
It’s certainly worth listening to the advice of such a seasoned industry veteran, especially since he’s been performing for promotions all over the globe for decades!
